I myself am a surfer when it comes to online consuming. There are several fashion blogs I follow that I will check from time to time to see if the designer has uploaded any new fashion looks. I am in no rush to buy something nor am I looking for a good bargain. I have patience for popup ads and some call me the scroller due to my ability to scroll around sites without the nervous tick to purchase items.
It's true that because digital retailers don't require shipping costs, Long Tail can be seen much more clearer in this business. Especially music products are not expensive and can be consumed so fast. That makes people search for new music constantly and it goes like that.
